I feel like I've been in here a holdem manager 2 faq lately reporting bugs and asking for different features but just wanted to thank you guys for always responding quickly and continuing to give great support.
Edit: FWIW, I am still getting a HM3 login requirement every time I open up HM3.
So it seems like it's now finding the license info fine after I performed the recommended steps from support mentioned above.

How do you change the settings so that HM tracks a hand where someone used the all in cashout?
As long as you have the latest beta of either it should work as long as you add the new 'cashout' stats to your reports and hands view columns.
HM3 cashout support was added in v5547.
HM2 only got a few new stats, no filters, and tooltips in the hand viewer.
